Hou-An Chen is an OR Ph.D. student at NC State University. His research focuses on hierarchical decision-making problems, particularly in food bank operations, using tools such as market design and bilevel programming. Outside of academia, he enjoys travel and cooking, maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle.
