Kick off the new semester by connecting with the Operations Research community at the Operations Research Meet and Greet. Whether you are a new or returning student, this event offers a relaxed way to meet fellow students, faculty and staff before classes get into full swing.

Enjoy free food, lawn games and casual conversations while building connections that can support you throughout the year. You can learn more about the Operations Research Program, meet classmates across degree levels and get to know the faculty outside the classroom. It is also a great opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and welcome new members of the OR community.

The event is open to all Operations Research students and faculty and will be held on Tuesday, August 18, from 4:30 to 5:45 p.m. at Angel Plaza, outside Fitts-Woolard Hall. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you start the semester with new connections and a strong sense of community.
