Using Mypack Portal

Additionally, updates regarding emergencies will be posted on the University’s homepage and the parents’ website.
To comply with FERPA regulations, you must initiate and assign parent/guardian access through MyPack Portal, our online student services system. This access allows your parent/guardian to view your student’s information online, including transcripts and billing details.
Here’s how to grant parental access to MyPack Portal:
- Begin by logging in using your Unity ID and password.
- Navigate to Student Self-Service > Student Center > Parent Access.
- Click “Add Relationship,” where you’ll enter the name, email address, and relationship of the person you want to grant access to.
- Next, click “Create Parent Access,” and carefully review and accept the Informed Consent.
- Specify which records to release, such as Student Account (billing, payment), Academic Info (grades, schedule), and Directory Info.
- Enter and confirm the parent/guardian email address.
- Establish a PIN for phone inquiry access and provide a hint for this PIN.
- Lastly, grant consent by clicking “Submit.”
